On Tuesday we had a Technician fix our NBN connection issue. The internet now works but the VOIP doesn’t. The phone no longer has a dial tone & when you dial our VOIP phone number there is a recorded message saying that the number is no longer valid.

Using your community details, I was able to check your TPG account to determine what's causing the phone not to function. After doing an initial assessment of the case, I have engaged our Engineering team to get your phone working.
