VOIP No Longer Working After Technician Fixed NBN Connection Issue

Hi,

 

On Tuesday we had a Technician fix our NBN connection issue. The internet now works but the VOIP doesn’t. The phone no longer has a dial tone & when you dial our VOIP phone number there is a recorded message saying that the number is no longer valid.

 

Please help!

After making some adjustments, your home phone service should now be working.

Welcome to the Community!

 

Using your community details, I was able to check your TPG account to determine what's causing the phone not to function. After doing an initial assessment of the case, I have engaged our Engineering team to get your phone working.

 

I will let you know once the issue is fixed. Please keep an eye on this thread.
