We reset our modem yesterday after we were suffering frequent NBN dropouts. This seems to have fixed the Internet issue but now the phone has stopped working. We cannot dial in or out.
Please can you contact me ASAP to have this resolved. We need the phone line to be working as we use this for buiness calls.
