Get online support
I recently had my existing modem upgraded .
Unfortunately the new modem wouldn't configure automaticaly, but a quick call to the Technical support team and they configured it remotely for me.
Thank you for excellent service, but unfortunately my Voip home phone doesn't work any longer.
Its plugged in and I have a dial tone but can't make or receive any calls.
Help!!
