Get online support
When making or receiving calls the other side cannot hear me. I can hear them, the headset I am using works fine i've tested it on another line.
Is there a VoIP isuse?

Thanks for raising this with us.
When did the issue start? What troubleshooting have you done so far?
How many handset have you tried to test your bundled VoIP service?
Have you tried to redial the numbers and check if they can hear you afterwards?

Hi,
Seems the issue has occured only today. I have reset my modems, replaced the handset with another and while I can make and recieve calls the other side cannot hear me. I have tested calling my mobile and no audio is going out.

Please turn off your modem/router for 30 seconds to give it a quick rest, then turn if back on.
We can't detect that this has been done as the modem/router shows that it's been stable for almost 2 weeks.
Try it first, then once online, test the call again.
Let me know once done.
