White pages listing

I have followed the instructions to make my listing silent, and found it was already silenced.....but I just got a new edition of the White Pages and my name is in it. As far as I know, it was silenced years ago. 

Not sure what to do next - I tried contacting TPG by phone but gave up after a long wait.

With TPG it was always silent by default.
