how to add answering recording facility to ADSL service

Level 2

TPG has half the normal industry service facility for recording unanswered incoming calls.
There was one half-hearted "no g/tee to work" response to questioner.
Sadly its definitely not good enough, TPG, for your otherwise great service and response times.
60% of your users today are oldies like me. We *need* variable ring response times and importantly, ability to record messages.

A simple option, please?
