internet installed on 17/3 but still waiting for Telstra phone to port??

I see that there has been no response to any of the other posts today but i have to try.  I can't get anyoneon live chat andhave been trying for 2 days. 

I came across to TPG for nbn on 17/03 but my homeline still isnt working for incoming calls.  Waited for the 7 days that was advised... still no luck.  Please assist.

Telstra can not currently port phone numbers to any internet service provider, due to problems caused by the Coronai virus situation.

But if you want a new phone number, TPG may be able to help
