If you don't remember your account login, then you may go through the inbox of the registered email on file as we sent it when you first apply for the service.

You may also contact our accounts team on 1300 993 011 for assistance.

i accidentally delete the email and all the numbers i tried to call couldn’t get thru. is there any other way?

The only way is to contact our Accounts team on the number we've provided, @raihanadnan.

This is going to be the safest way for our Account holders.
