nbn voip phone is not working after changed a new VR1600v router.

The old tpg provided vr1600v router died, then I bought a brand new vr1600v from ebay. The new vr1600v should originally come from tpg as well, the seller just doesn't want it.  I set up the new router and plug all cables in, then internet is working well, but the phone is not working. I know TPG had embeded voip into this router, customer can't change anything about voip. Then what should I do if I got this excactly same router to get my voip phone working.

We'd like to check if we can get the phone service working on the modem/router that you bought online.

Our team will need to make sure that it is under TPG as well.
