I am on NBN fttc. We lost NBN connection after a thunderstorm at 6:30 pm in concord NSW. Can anyone help me to check this and reconnect internet? Thank you

The old tpg provided vr1600v router died, then I bought a brand new vr1600v from ebay. The new vr1600v should originally come from tpg as well, the seller just doesn't want it. I set up the new router and plug all cables in, then internet is working well, but the phone is not working. I know TPG had embeded voip into this router, customer can't change anything about voip. Then what should I do if I got this excactly same router to get my voip phone working. Thanks Jason

I lost nbn connection again! Checked everything at my end. Tpg consultant asked me to reset the nbn modem, but nothing happend. Last time it takes tpg 2 weeks time to solve the problem. Not sure how long does it take this time. Job ref is 11063530. Can anyone help to solve the problem before chrismas? Please

The nbn technician come and fixed the problem, but internet is still down, he said tpg need redo the authentication. Can you help to do the authentication?

Thanks for your reply. On 13 Feb, I called tpg, and double confirmed the booking of technician. As you said booking is between 1pm and 5 pm today. I took half day off to wait the technician. Now it is 3pm, no one come so far. Let's look what happen till 5pm.

My nbn has been disconnect for 7 days. Call tpg many times, they always said " we will call you back", but never call back! Everyday I will post here and wirlpool as a record to see how many days take tpg to fix a faulty NBN. Today is 7th day

My nbn was activated last week, but only worked for couple of hours. The connection light turned to red and keep flashing. I report this to tpg last week, but it is still not working till this Monday. Please help me check it out what happend. Here is no outage in my area. Thanks
