First, you have to make sure that the handset is connected to the Phone port at the back of the modem, see if the Phone light indicator on the modem comes on. If you got the setup correct and same problem, send us a private message with your customer ID or username so we can take a look at the phone provisioning.
i am not colour blind the phone is plugged into the green port (have even tried different cables in case of a dodgy one) the phone light does not come on
