Hi all,

NBN phone not working.

Internet works fine.

About 6 days ago the phone stopped working.

There is a dial tone, but

can't make a call

and can't receive any calls.

please help!

Important bits I recommend you try:

-Make sure you are plugging into phone port 1

-Try another phone cable

-Try another handset
