Can  this modem router  be configured for voip and receive and make calls

Hi @Shankarr . The VR2100 has no VOIP function, no firmware and no ports.

You could attach a real IP phone or analog telephone adapter to an ethernet port. The IP phone or ATA is configured with the details of a 3rd party VOIP provider. You connect a regular phone to the ATA.

The TPG VOIP function only works with routers provided by them.

The only modem/router that can work with the bundled VoIP is the TPG provided one.

You can still use it for the internet though.
