very poor customer service

Number of messages to TPG requested for no home phone line connection and unstable internet connection with no response to my mobile.

Call TPG customer service with Mr. Arthur with conversation ref: 10200638 and Mr Arthur promised to send someone to fix my phone connection this morning for the job number 6397.  Finally, no one come to my house to fix it.

What is TPG customer service.

Please fix my problem ASAP

We understand that our Engineering team contacted you yesterday and was advised that the Telstra technician attended the job and fixed the fault within the external copper line.


The internet connection has been stable and the phone line is working.

TPG is hopeless - very bad service, staff lying, keep transfering calls to one another. have waisted last 3 days with them and issue is not resolved.  my line is disconnected with out any notification and no over due payments.
