5G Home Broadband modem return

Hi, so my 5G Home Broadband has been disconnected as of 16th of May, and so I am needing to return the modem back to you guys. However, I have not received anything about on what to do from here to return the modem. So could I get some instructions on how do successfully return the modem?

As soon as the account is cancelled and you've received the email confirmation, a return label will also  be emailed to you.

Hi I have also got my 5G home broadband cancelled, and received service withdraw email. Called multiple times to chase for the prepaid econsignment and return instructions, however still has not received any emails. Can i please have some assistance?
