Hi,

I already made the contract with you 15 days ago. And so far the modem has not been dispatched, I have not received any emails.

How long should I wait? I'm without internet.

I would recommend to continue your correspondence through FB to avoid redundancy. 

I have also since informed the officer assigned on your case to chase the relevant department involved and to provide updates as soon as it becomes available.
