Have I been hacked and what can I do about it?

I keep getting a message Sending of password for user "########" did not succeed. Mail Server responded (AUTH) invalid login

I was able to locate an account using your Community details. I can see that there was a previous escalated case to our Engineering Team regarding an email outage.
