Get online support
The Internet has not been working and logging into the router leads to "Please configure your DNS manually" but after changing it to google (8.8.8.8) it still doesn't work. I'm on FTTC, it seems to work fine when using a different router, but at extremely slow speeds of less than 5mbps when the paid plan is 50mbps. Running diagnostic tests results in NCSI being failed.
After following some of the other posts on the forum, I still couldn't get anything to work. Still says to manually configure DNS.

Is this the TPG provided modem/router, or is it a 2nd hand purchase?
Try to factory reset the modem/router, then check it again. Make sure that the DNS is set to automatic.
