Our small family of four, live in a small two bedroom apartment and are struggling with constant connectivity issues. Poor signal strength, always resetting the router, having to forget the network and re connect. This plus the regular internet drops is coming rather frustrating. We use your TPG supplied Archer VR1600v router over the HFC network. The router has turned yellow and is rather warm to touch. As I’m sure you won’t be upgrading our router I would like to know which mesh router I can purchase which is compatible with your network and I can plug directly into the HFC nbn box to be able to cut out the pathetic Archer VR1600v router.
