Arris connection box dead, need replacement

Hi there
My Arris connection box is dead, when I plugged in the power adaptor, all the lights in front just flash once and then all of it goes off. After reading all the similar issues, I do need a replacement but don't know how to arrange it, please give me a help, thanks guys

Hi.

The Arris box is supplied by the NBN.

The unfortunate thing is that you cant directly contact them yourself.

You have to speak to your service provider.

You could try and talk to TPG via their live chat service
