Buying a new modem from TPG

Hi,

I've had my current TPG supplied modem for our FTTP NBN for 5+ years now and would like to purchase a new one before it dies. This is mentioned as possible through TPG on the website but there's no online shop. A search in these forums reveals the solution is to PM someone but as a new user of TPG Community we are not allowed to send PM's. 

Are there any other ways to purchase a new TP Link through TPG?

We've set a requirement where a new member must reach Level 2 to be able to send a PM. To reach this level, you just need to post or comment on a thread. Having that said, you can now send us a private message.

Send us your details and we'll take it from there.
