Cancel 5G broadband plan

Hi,

I’ve just set up my 5G modem. However, i’d like to return it and revert back to my old plan. Internet connection is very slow and not worth the effort.

Hi,

I just want to cancel this and change back to my old plan. I was advised that if i’m not happy with this I can always cancel anytime. Please don’t have your tech call me since I won’t me at home during business hour and answer their questions about the connection or resetting the modem

Can I please have this plan cancel?
