Connection issue

Hi There,

just wondering is there any issue with my connection as my wireless router always disconnected 2 or 3 times a week.

i have been using the TPG supplied wireless router since 2019, any chance to get it replace?

Have you tested the connection using wired connection? Please send us a private message and we'll help with your connection.

yes, I have 2 devices connected to wireless router by wired and when it happened all connection disconnected regardess connected wired or wireless and noticed that the wireless router is restarted when it happened
