Hi @67duff . You have to configure WAN type as ethernet WAN.
From the navigation panel, go to Advanced Settings > WAN > Internet Connection tab.
Select WAN. It is probably set to DSL.
WAN Connection Type is PPPoE.
@67duff . Is the Asus replacing a working router or is it a new install?
On the FTTP box, is the Optical light green?
Are you using the UNI-D port specified in the message from TPG?
What colour is the light on the UNI-D port being used?
You're using ethernet cable from WAN port to FTTP box?
@67duff . I mentioned the WAN type because another user had the problem of cable disconnected because they had specified WAN type=DSL on HFC.
Maybe check System Log, General Log tab.
Other than that, I can't help.
@67duff . Log says it is waiting for PADO packet from NBN. Because it thinks cable is not connected.
You have disabled Dual WAN and set Primary WAN to WAN (ethernet).
Did that setting carry over to the WAN - Internet connection screen where you set WAN Type?
Maybe a factory reset and reconfigure.
