Dead modem

I lodged a fault yesterday... tp-link model Archer VT1600v modem is dead; not exactly sure when cos we've been in and out of the house frequently! Have used different power points to make sure it's not a power point issue; no lights at all on the modem... no internet, no wiki, no land line! Please advise. Resolution needed urgently!
