When I signed for the upgrade to FTTP on 29 September 2024, I selected the 6 month contract which was to include a new modem.
I have not received this modem.
A call to TPG says this promotion was finished. As of today, this promo is still advertised on your website and I would like TPG to honour what was advrtised.
I have attached a screen cap which clearly shows $0 modem included, with today's date at the bottom right of the screen.
Once again, I would like TPG to honour this promotion.
