Email Rejection

We have a redirection service at Tierranet.com which has been working very well for over 10 years. It has been working well with TPG as well until recently TPG has started to reject one address, reception@beverleybb.com with an error of Client host rejected. I have had Tierranet look into it and they confirmed that it is not their end. Also all the other redirected addresses are NOT being rejected.

 

Extensive testing from other PC's using Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail and Westnet have shown that only 3 out of 5 emails to reception@beverleybb.com are getting through. 

 

We use the redirection service so we can keep our own domain, beverleybb.com,  and all redirected addresses go to beverleybb@tpg.com.au. It also means we can change NBN suppliers without changing all our email addreses. 

 

Could it be looked at as it is a serious problem to us.

Could you please provide us with screenshot(s) of the error message you are getting whenever trying to send a specific email? 

 

Kindly send the details through private message together with other helpful information so we can have the issue looked at by our PostMaster.

We chased this with our Postmaster and they'd like to get additional details for the ongoing investigation.

 

Shoot me a private message with the screenshot of the Error or Bounce Message and t he latest email that was not forwarded.
