My equipment order number is 4248799. Can I have the equipment/modem delivered on 11 Jan please? That is the day of TPG installation, so someone will be home and the setup can be done at one time.

I've managed to locate your account and recent update indicated that the modem has been shipped out from our warehouse.

Standard delivery timeframe is 1-2 working days within metro and 3-5 working days outside.
