Firmware Upgrade

Hi TPG,

Can i please get the firmware upgraded on my modem and ensure that VOIP is added in.  My old Archer VR1600v died so a friend gave me his one, however the VOIP options are all missing so i need this back to use VOIP on the modem.

Firmware Version: 0.1.0.0.9.1 v5006 Build 200810 Rel. 53181n

Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

Let me know if you need any other information.

Also FYI, I do have a ticket with TPG on this matter: #12673250, however i am not sure if this is even progressing and when i last spoke to someone about it, they did not seem to even understand anything about firmware or what i was even talking about.

Just to confirm, the modem/router that was given by your friend was originally from TPG as well?

Correct, the modem was from TPG originally that my friend gave me (its the same modem i previously had, just different firmware).  Its connected and working fine, it just has no VOIP functions avaiable.  i will send you a PM with the username
