Firmware upgrade

Hi 

I am having drop connections, and after checking my modem has very old firmware. 

Moden : 

Archer VR1600v v2 00000000

Firmware : 

0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

Please can I have support / guide to where to find the firmware? so i can update it.
