Freeing up SIP settings on VR 1600v

Can we please get access to full settings control of TP LINK VR 1600v modem?  I would like to change the SIP settings and also backup and restore settings.

The option to have the SIP settings for TPG Home Phone is currently not possible as our system is not designed that way.
