Google nest setup VR1600V

HI,

having issues getting signal through my unit from the router.

TPG representative instructed me to go to JB HI FI and obtain an extender or mesh system, but told me he couldnt advise which one, and get them to provide best solution.

I have come home with Google Mesh and cannot connect to the router

Please advise what to do as i have been trying for 5 hours and cannot get it to connect.
