Is the HG 658 mosem up to date and  should it need an update?

I've now consulted this with our Engineering team. 

 

If there's a newer version of the firmware we'll also request it to ensure that your modem is update. 

 

Feedback will be provided once becomes available.

As per our call I have organise a TP Link VR1660v to be delivered to you next week.

I will SMS you on Monday with the tracking number to monitor the delivery of the modem.

Hi

Modem arrived, is connected and after a wait of about 2 hours got internet connection.

Download speed around 11mps so al seems fine.
