Would you help upgrade firmware of my Huawei HG659 Wi-Fi router?
I have been experiencing moments many times in which the router stops working all of sudden for wireless network and wired network. Hope this issue can be fixed with the firmware upgrade

As to the recorded multiple connection drop-outs, they could have been generated due to the fact that I restarted my wifi router and the NBN modem multiple times since yesterday.
As the wi-fi router was not reliable and stopped working multiple times, I wanted to replace the wifi-router(Huawei HG659) with TP-Link Archer D7. But, it was not successful even I typed in PPPoE username/password correctly.
So, now I am reverting back to Huawei HG659 and looking for help from TPG to make it more stable.
Do you have a guilde as to what Wi-Fi routers are compatible with TPG NBN? What configuration need to be done?

They will provide some recommendation based on the outcome of the troubleshooting.
