Help with Asus GT-AX11000 installation.

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with the installation of a new router, Asus GT-AX11000?
I've tried a couple of times going through the setup, but I still can't get an internet connection, and the internet light on the Asus router is still red.
I have a Arris CM8200B NBN modem and previously had it paired with Archer VR1600V, which wasn't very good, hence the upgrade.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Do you know if you are under the NBN data only plan or NBN bundled with VoIP plan?

If you are under the bundled plan, then you need to set the VLAN ID to 2.

If not, then you only need to configure the PPPoE settings with your TPG username or customer ID number.
