Hfc to wifi router setup

I got a HFC modem. Try to connect with wifi router but there’s problem. Which is that the black HFC modem box all green lights on ( connected ) but the router can not access to internet connection. Is there anything I should change settings in wifi router ?

All cables connection is fine. Is this real ? Activation takes 30 working days?. Any ways that I can solve this problem? Just give a call for support?

If you previously had NBN service at this address, installation will only require remote activation which is completed within 24-48 hours after the order is lodged to NBN. 
 

If technician visit is required, you will receive an email with the installation appointment.
