How can I ask TPG for help? We have just had TPG internet installed, most items can ‘see’ the new modem and speed is fine but three items which all have clear sight of the modem cannot 'see' it (Hisense TV, Kindle, Printer). They can all 'see' our neighbours wifi and can be hot spotted but we can't connect to our new TPG service, very frustrating.
