We were advised that your modem has the latest firmware version.

 

If you are experiencing issues with your 5G WiFi connection, you may need to run some troubleshooting. You may refer to this link for some tips on how to change the wireless settings.

 

Your last option is to reset the modem back to its default setting. However, doing this will erase the configuration that you saved on it.

 

If it's still not working, please let us know or contact our Tech team directly on 13 14 23 (Option 2 + 2).

Welcome to the community!

 

I was able to locate your account using your community details and I'll have your modem/router's firmware updated. Updates will be provided within 24hrs.
 

We've optimized the firmware of our supplied modem/router for security purposes and in order to update the firmware, it must be manually updated in our system.

 

 

Would also like my firmware updated.

 

Why is this not an availble feature and must be pushed out to your users?
