Hi
I rang tech support today regarding the wifi component as my laptops can see the 5ghz but not the 2.4. My phone can see the 5ghz but my galaxy tab can now not see any even though i can connect to my neighbours wifi using 2.4ghz. i asked about upgrade firmware but was given the run around regarding my router and was trying to be sold another one. Can you please also do a firmware upgrade on mine.
