How to use a Google Nest with TPG NBN

Hi!
I have a TPG NBN account and we have been using the TPLink A1600 that came with the package. The connectivity isn’t fantastic and we wanted to try the Google Nest. When I connect it to the NBN Modem all the blue lights light up showing lab connection and connection to the internet but the google nest install process can’t detect it.

You need to check what type of NBN service you have. Check this article as it has a guide: New Connection Setup Help

You may contact Google support for further assistance in setting up their product.
