I tried connect but it's not working well

I connected them all. How should I do? When I connected Wi-Fi with my phone. My phone says it doesn't connected internet

Hi @jksuhrave . The cables are wrong.

What type of NBN connection do you have? FTTB/FTTN or FTTC or FTTP or HFC?

If you only have the VX220, you must be FTTB or FTTN. This uses the thin telephone cable in the picture.

Remove the ethernet cable. 

Can you attach a picture of the lights on VX220.

If there is another box, you are on a different connection type.
