Incorrect ISP username and password

Hey,
Trying to get nbn activated on my third party router. But am stuck, any chance you could provide me with my ISP username and password?

Hey man,

Your method was the one I used. For the username, I followed it with @TPG.com.au.

I used the same details to login to tpg and it works. But for some reason , it says it's incorrect when trying to activate my nbn during setup
