Internet connection not working.

Hey when I first started it up it was working. The past 5 days no internet connection. It’s no showing the internet light. It shows power, dsl, 2.4g and 5g lights. What’s the go, I’ve tried everything

Have you pressed the Reset button on the router? This resets to factory settings and erases your username and password pre-set in the router.
