Internet not working

Hello there,

I got the modem from TPG 3 days ago and they already sent the message saying the NBN has been installed, however I can’t connect the internet, the DSL light is on but the Internet light is off.
I already did all the DSL configuration in the modem that they requested and check 3 different wires sockets but still not working.
Today they confirmed with the NBN department that it’s not a problem with NBN, so they have escalated my case to the highest engineer team from TPG.
