Hello, recently I have hired the service, I have received my modem, I would like to know if I have to wait for an installer or should I already have an internet?

An ADSL installation timeframe is within 10-20 working days. 

Since we rely on our wholesale provider to provide the service, we are subjected to their connection timeframe as well as scheduling. 

Further updates regarding your installation will be sent via email. You may also check the status through this link: http://www.tpg.com.au/install

We will chase this with our Provisioning Team to provide you with updates.
