My firmware details are as below, I tried to PM my account details for upgrade but couldn't find the 'Send a message' button as instructed, could you please help?

I recently asked for the latest copy of the firmaware for my Archer VR1600 v1 and got told that I already have the latest firmware:

Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

That does not seem to agree with the posts in this forum, including yours. A Google search suggested the latest firmware for the said hardware is:

Firmware Version: 0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 171228 Rel.64067n
Hardware Version: Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

Can someone help?

TPG modified the firmware of our supplied Archer VR1600v and to all NBN modem/router the NBN modem/router that we provide. 

 

Archer VR1600v v1 00000000

0.1.0 0.9.1 v5006.0 Build 200810 Rel.53181n

Is the latest firmware version.
