Losing connection on the LAN ports on the TPG provided Archer VR1600v router

I've been having connectivity issue with the LAN ports on the TPG provided Archer VR1600v router.

The LAN connection LED goes off and come back online after a while.

Have tried moving to different port on the router same issue.

I have tried different cable as well.

Who looks after the warranty service for this device? TPG or TPLINK?

How long is the warranty for this device?
