Hi everyone, I've been waiting on hold for Tech Support for 30 mins, so thought I'd ask here. I've rejoined TPG with a new account today using my existing modem - an AX5400 - (which is not listed in their current modems in the help section) - which was working in July 2023. The current green lights on are Power, 2.4GHz, 5GHz and LAN1. The DSL and Internet lights are not green and I can't connect to wifi. Can someone help me please? Many thanks!
