Get online support
I have returned 3 modems to TPG. For each one I have received an email reminder to return it, days AFTER aus post says it has been delivered. Each time it has taken a painful phone call to get the returns people to check. Why can't TPG send an acknowledgement email whern a modem has been recieved?
Has anyone else had this problem?
